1. Your site must have been open for a substantual ammount of time. No newly created sites are accepted.

2. Must be a domain / subdomain. No free hosting like geocities or my space, reason is because free hosting site tends to "disappear" very fast.

3. You must express fair knowledge in design. No messy layouts with blurry headers please.

4. No explict content

5. You must link Outspoken back beforehand using one of the buttons.

6. Please give me 1 - 2 weeks to consider your application. You will receive a email from if you are accepted.
